Ebs 6100-Инструкция По Эксплуатации
EBS-6100 — промышленный каплеструйный маркировочный принтер с одной печатающей головкой. Предназначен для нанесения маркировки продукции на выпускаемую продукцию в процессе производства. Маркировка наносится не пигментированными чернилами. Основным отличием модели EBS 6100 от EBS 6000 является исключение необходимости использования сжатого воздуха при печати. Предлагаемые принтеры отличаются максимальной высотой печати (максимальная высота вертикального ряда), которая может быть 16, 25 или 32 точки. Из широкого диапазона промышленного каплеструйного маркировочного принтера EBS 6100, ниже приведены лишь наиболее важные Маркиратор может производить долговременную и четкую печать на разнообразных поверхностях, включая глянцевые, пористые и шероховатые материалы нестандартных форм таких, как кабели, трубы, изоляционные принадлежности, меховые или прессованные набивки Бесконтактная технология печати применяется для того, чтобы избежать проблем печати на кривых поверхностях (существует значительное расстояние до 30 мм между печатающей головкой и объектом). Принтер предлагает широкие возможности печати: тексты тексты до 4 строк, с использованием разнообразных матриц, заглавными и прописными, жирными и курсивными буквами, включая использование диакритических национальных символов, графика с набором графических символов, как стандартных, так и созданных пользователем при помощи встроенного графического процессора, штрих коды различных типов, в позитиве или в негативе, с или без числового ярлыка Время и дата могут использоваться для автоматической печати даты изготовления / срока хранения, с выбором различных вариантов кодирования даты и времени; встроенные инкрементальные, декрементные и специальные счетчики позволяют печатать номер партии, изделия и динамически изменяющиеся штрих коды. Данные могут быть переданы от ПК или внешних устройств, таких как автоматические весы, устройства считывания штрихового кода или из базы данных. Работа принтера полностью автоматизирована и поддерживается контрольной системой, которая выдает предупреждение, если требуется вмешательство оператора. Принтер может работать с любым ПК, совместимыми с IBM через прикладную программу контроля принтера EdGraf, управление которой происходит под ОС Windows ®, через интерфейс RS-232 или RS-485. Есть возможность подключать между собой множество принтеров EBS различных типов в единую сеть и управлять ими через один компьютер при помощи программы InkNet и сетевого программного обеспечения, работающих под управлением ОС Windows ®, и через интерфейс RS-485.
