Causes bad irritation
My wife used it for the first time. She has never had any allergic reactions or irritation to cleansers before. Yet, this particular product made her very red and swollen.
This product is marketed for sensitive skin, and yet it caused an issue in a person who never had issues with such products, and is not even sensitive.
Obviously, an adverse reaction can always happen unexpectedly but one would hope, it is not as frequent in products for sensitive skin. Posting an opinion here so that there is an accurate record of what can happen when using it, and how frequently it happens (hopefully not too many opinions like mine)

Perfect Product !
I wanted to take time to say there are two products that I love ! Cetaphil Gentil Skin Cleanser For All Skin Types and Cetaphl Moisturizing Lotion For All Skin Types. Both are perfect and I love!! I have been using since 2010 and I love how makes my skin feel and I love that I can use for face and body. I turned 45 years old this year and I am aways told that I look like I’m 20 !! I total believe that this is because of using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Clenser For All Skin Types and Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion For All Skin Types !
I feel so fortunate to have found amazing and perfect products.

Why did you change the formula?!
Those of us with truly sensitive skin and allergic contact dermatitis rely on a carefully curated, very small list of safe products. I have 14 chemical allergens that are in almost every soap — this cleanser was my main product for face and hand washing. Now that you have changed the formula without warning, I (and many other allergic individuals) are left scrambling to find a safe replacement. If you are truly a company that markets to sensitive skin, you need to be thinking about the consumers who rely on your products. If you are going to change formulas (which we wish you would not) advance warning would be helpful. This is very stressful for lots of your long term customers.
