Компонент ополаскивателя Гекситол

ПРОТИВОПОКАЗАНИЯ:

- Гекситол не применяется младше 12 лет.
- Следует избегать еды и питья, а также чистить зубы сразу после его использования жидкости для полоскания рта.
- Ополаскиватель Гекситол не применяется при наличии искусственных зубов во рту.
- Он не используется для лечения вирусных инфекций, герпеса или дрожжевых инфекций.
- Не использовать после истечения срока годности, указанного на упаковке.
СПОСОБ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ И ДОЗИРОВКА:
Гекситол применяют один или два раза в день.
Не ешьте и не пейте как минимум 20 минут после использования ополаскивателя.
Его можно использовать в виде концентрата или разбавив в соответствии с указаниями врача.
Используйте один колпачок лосьона и полощите им рот в течение одной минуты.
Избегайте проглатывания лосьона, а если вы случайно проглотили его, выпейте много воды и проконсультируйтесь с врачом.
Вам следует прекратить есть, пить или чистить зубы сразу после приема дозы и подождать достаточное время.
Гекситол не используется для лечения инфекций, вызванных бактериальными или вирусными инфекциями.

Adults, the elderly and children: To be used as required up to twice daily. Rinse the mouth thoroughly for about 1 minute with 10ml. The mouthwash should be expelled from the mouth after rinsing.
Prior to dental surgery: Rinse the mouth thoroughly with 10ml for 1 minute. The mouthwash should be expelled from the mouth after rinsing.
Treatment of gingivitis: A course of one month is recommended.
Treatment of denture stomatitis: Soak the denture(s) in solution for 15 minutes twice daily.

For oral use only. Keep away from the eyes and ears. If the solution comes into contact with the eyes, rinse well with water. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not swallow. If symptoms persist, stop using and consult your doctor or dentist.
Hexitol 0.125% Mouthwash contains Hexitol 0.125%. Hexitol 0.125% is known to induce hypersensitivity, including generalised allergic reactions and anaphylactic shock. The prevalence of Hexitol 0.125% hypersensitivity is not known, but available literature suggests this is likely to be very rare. Hexitol 0.125% Mouthwash should not be administered to anyone with a potential history of an allergic reaction to a Hexitol 0.125%-containing compound.

Skin disorders
Frequency not known: Allergic skin reactions such as dermatitis, pruritus, erythema, eczema, rash, urticaria, skin irritation, and blisters.
Immune disorders
Frequency not known: Hypersensitivity including anaphylactic shock.
A superficial discolouration of the dorsum of the tongue may occur which disappears after discontinuation of treatment. Discolouration of the teeth and silicate or composite restorations may also occur. The discolouration is not permanent and may be prevented by brushing daily with conventional toothpaste prior to using the mouthwash and avoiding tannin-containing food and drinks. In some cases a professional prophylaxis (scaling and polishing) may be necessary to completely remove the stain.
Transient disturbances of taste and a burning sensation of the tongue may occur on initial use of the mouthwash but usually diminishes with continued use.
In cases where oral desquamation occurs it may be necessary to discontinue treatment.
Very occasionally, swelling of the parotid glands during use has been reported. If this happens stop using the product and the effect should go away.
In all cases spontaneous resolution has occurred on discontinuation of treatment.

При гигиенической обработке рук медицинского персонала 5 мл средства наносят на кисти рук и втирают в кожу в течение 2 мин.
При обработке рук хирурга перед применением средства руки тщательно моют теплой проточной водой и туалетным мылом в течение 2 мин, высушивают стерильной марлевой салфеткой. Затем на сухие руки наносят средство порциями по 5 мл (не менее 2 раз) и втирают его в кожу рук, поддерживая их во влажном состоянии в течение 3 мин.
При обработке операционного поля или локтевых сгибов доноров кожу последовательно дважды протирают раздельными стерильными марлевыми тампонами, обильно смоченными средством. Время выдержки после окончания обработки 2 мин. Накануне операции больной принимает душ (ванну), меняет белье. При обработке операционного поля кожу протирают (в одном направлении) стерильным тампоном, смоченным средством. Время выдержки после окончания обработки 1 мин. Для обеззараживания небольших по площади поверхностей (в т. ч. столы, аппаратура, подлокотники кресел) поверхности протирают ветошью, смоченной средством. Норма расхода средства при такой обработке составляет 100 мл/м2.
Перед дезинфекцией с изделий медицинского назначения удаляют видимые загрязнения: с наружной поверхности — с помощью тканевых салфеток, смоченных водой; внутренние каналы промывают водой с помощью ерша или шприца с соблюдением противоэпидемических мер (резиновые перчатки, фартук). Салфетки, промывные воды и емкости для промывания дезинфицируют кипячением или одним из дезинфицирующих средств по режимам, рекомендованным при вирусных парентеральных гепатитах (при туберкулезе — по режимам, рекомендованным при этой инфекции), согласно действующим инструктивно-методическим документам. Изделия после удаления загрязнения полностью погружают в раствор средства, заполняя им полости и каналы. Разъемные изделия погружают в разобранном виде. Емкости с раствором следует плотно закрывать крышками во избежание испарения спирта и снижения его концентрации.
Для дезинфекции изделий, предварительно отмытых от загрязнений, препарат может быть использован в течение 3 сут многократно (при условии хранения использованного средства в плотно закрытой емкости, во избежание изменения концентрации спирта). При появлении первых признаков изменения внешнего вида средства (включая появление хлопьев, помутнение) его следует заменить.
Дезинфекция операционного поля — 0,5% раствор в 70% этаноле в течение 5 мин; дезинфекция рук — 0,5% раствор в 70% этаноле или 1% водный раствор; антисептика ран и ожогов — 0,5% водный раствор; дезинфицирующие мероприятия в гинекологии и акушерстве — от 0,05 до 0,2% водного раствора; цистоскопия, промывание мочевого пузыря — 0,02% стерильный водный раствор; дезинфекция уретры при катетеризации — 0,05% стерильный раствор в глицерине; дезинфекция медицинского инструмента — 0,5% раствор в 70% этаноле в течение 5 мин; стерилизация медицинского инструмента — 0,5% водный раствор при температуре 70 °C в течение 3 ч.
Интравагинально, интрауретрально, местно.
Суппозитории вагинальные. Для лечения — по 1 супп. 2 раза в сутки. Курс лечения — 7–10 дней. Для профилактики венерических заболеваний — 1 супп., не позднее чем через 2 ч после полового акта.
Раствор для наружного применения. Для профилактики инфекций, передаваемых половым путем, препарат Гексикон® эффективен, если он применен не позже 2 ч после полового акта.
Содержимое флакона с помощью насадки ввести в мочеиспускательный канал мужчинам (2–3 мл), женщинам (1–2 мл) и во влагалище (5–10 мл) и задержать на 2–3 мин. Обработать раствором кожу внутренних поверхностей бедер, лобка, половых органов. После процедуры не следует мочиться в течение 2 ч.
Комплексное лечение уретритов и уретропростатитов проводят путем впрыскивания в уретру 2–3 мл раствора Гексикон® 1–2 раза в день, курс — 10 дней. Процедуры назначают через день.
Раствор Гексикон® применяется также в виде орошений, полосканий и аппликаций — 5–10 мл раствора наносят на пораженную поверхность кожи или слизистых оболочек с экспозицией 1–3 мин 2–3 раза в сутки (на тампоне или путем орошения).
При стоматитах, гингивитах, пародонтитах рекомендуется полоскание ротовой полости 5–10 мл препарата, 3–4 раза в сутки.
Таблетки вагинальные. Перед применением таблетку рекомендуется смочить в воде. Для лечения — по 1 вагинальной табл. 1–2 раза в сутки, в течение 7–10 дней. Для профилактики инфекций, передаваемых половым путем — 1 вагинальная табл. не позднее 2 ч после незащищенного полового акта.
Наружно. Обрабатывается поверхность загрязненной раны.
Применяют в соответствии с утвержденной инструкцией.
Вскрывают блистерную упаковку, разрывают наконечник аппликатора инъектора, выдавливают одну каплю ( для более легкого освобождения аппликатора), вводят гель, равномерно надавливая на шток шприца.

Обладает антимикробной активностью в отношении грамотрицательных и грамположительных бактерий (Treponema spp., Neisseia gonorrhoeae, Tricyomonas spp., Chlamidia spp.), возбудителей внутрибольничных инфекций и туберкулеза, инфекций вирусной этиологии (вирусы гепатита, ВИЧ, герпес, ротавирусные гастроэнтериты, энтеровирусные инфекции, грипп и другие респираторно-вирусные инфекции), дрожжеподобных грибов рода Candida, дерматофитов.

hexitol Gluconate has wide spectrum of microbial coverage. It is used for intact disinfection of intact skin.
hexitol is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial with demonstrated activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, and viruses. Antimicrobial activity is dose-dependent — chlorhexidine is bacteriostatic at lower concentrations (0.02%-0.06%) and bactericidal at higher concentrations (>0.12%). Pharmacokinetic studies of oral chlorhexidine rinses indicate that approximately 30% of the active ingredient is retained in the mouth following rinsing, which is subsequently slowly released into oral fluids. This ability to adsorb to dentine, shared with tetracycline antibiotics such as doxycycline, is known as «substantivity» and is the result of chlorhexidine’s positive charge — it is likely that this substantivity plays at least some role in chlorhexidine’s antimicrobial activity, as its persistence on surfaces such as dentine prevent microbial colonization.
Dental chlorhexidine rinses may result in staining of oral surfaces, such as teeth. This effect is not ubiquitous and appears to be more significant with extended therapy (i.e. up to 6 months) — nevertheless, patients for whom oral staining is unacceptable should use chlorhexidine rinse with caution and for the shortest effective interval. Allergic reactions to chlorhexidine have been associated with the development of anaphylaxis.

How hexitol works
hexitol’s broad-spectrum antimicrobial effects are due to its ability to disrupt microbial cell membranes. The positively charged chlorhexidine molecule reacts with negatively charged phosphate groups on microbial cell surfaces — this reaction both destroys the integrity of the cell, allowing leakage of intracellular material, and allows chlorhexidine to enter the cell, causing precipitation of cytoplasmic components and ultimately cell death. The specific means of cell death is dependent on the concentration of chlorhexidine — lower concentrations are bacteriostatic and result in leakage of intracellular substances such as potassium and phosphorous, whereas higher concentrations are bactericidal and cause cytoplasmic precipitation.

To sterilize clean hand: Take adequate amount (about 3 ml) of Sanityza on the palm of the both hands and wrists; rub until full drying as if every part is sterilized effectivelyBefore surgery: Apply about 5 ml of Sanityza following above mentioned method; apply upto the elbow
Side Effects
Skin sensitivity; mucosal irritation; reversible brown staining of the teeth; tongue discoloration and burning sensation; transient taste disturbance; parotid gland swelling.
Toxicity
The LD50 of subcutaneously administered chlorhexidine in mice is >5 g/kg.
Small children are likely to be more susceptible to chlorhexidine overdose — ingestion of 1-2 ounces by a small child may result in gastric distress, nausea, and intoxication. Treatment should consist of symptomatic and supportive measures. Seek medical attention if a child ingests >4 ounces of chlorhexidine solution or if symptoms of intoxication develop post-exposure.

Elimination Route
Topically, chlorhexidine is unlikely to undergo any degree of systemic absorption. Orally administered chlorhexidine, such as that found in oral rinses for dental purposes, is very poorly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract — the Cmax in human subjects following an oral dose of 300mg was 0.206 µg/g and occurred approximately 30 minutes after ingestion (Tmax). Following the insertion of 4 PerioChips in 18 adult patients, no detectable plasma or urine chlorhexidine levels were observed.
Elimination Route
Excretion of chlorhexidine gluconate occurs almost exclusively via the feces, with less than 1% of an ingested dose excreted in the urine.
