Correct Dosage and Other Usage Considerations

You need to take three capsules, two times per day. The first dose has to be taken 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast. You take the second dose 30 to 60 minutes before dinner. There is no dose in the middle of the day.

Although the capsules are not overly large, you will still need to take them with plenty of water.

The capsule casing is made from hypromellose and, although it is vegan-friendly, it shares something in common with gelatin – if you try and swallow it dry, it’s apt to stick to the back of your throat.

How Lean Mode Works

If the formulation can fulfill the promise of appetite suppression, it will ease the fat loss process by removing the distraction of hunger.

If it can boost metabolism, it will make the body burn more calories. Even when it’s at rest.

The present formulation has been tweaked, making it slightly different from the one Evlution Nutrition was using a couple of years ago.

The original formulation provided 500 mg of garcinia cambogia and 250 mg of green tea. This has been switched. The new version contains 250 mg of garcinia cambogia and 500 mg of green tea.

Green Tea Extract (500 mg)

Green tea is widely acknowledged as being one of the best natural fat burners in the world and there is plenty of research data to support using it in this way.

Green Coffee Bean Extract (500 mg)

Green coffee beans are a good source of chlorogenic acid. It used to get a lot of praise as a fat burner but its true value appears to lie in a different area.

Chlorogenic acid regulates blood glucose and insulin. By doing so, it may ultimately prevent the blood sugar crashes that trigger desires for sugar and carbs.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (500 mg)

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a fatty acid present in meat and dairy products. The form used here is plant-based. It comes from safflower oil.

If you go to a less biased source, such as Amazon, it’s pretty much a mixed bag. Some people are happy with the results, others are not.

It’s a supplement for people who are over 18-years-old, in good health, and need something to help them to lose weight.

Where to Buy Lean Mode

If you plan to buy one or more bottles of Lean Mode online, the easiest thing to do is place an order via the Evlution Nutrition website. It’s also possible to buy it via Amazon, GNC, and Walmart.

At the time of this review, Lean Mode was available in two pack sizes:

• 30 Servings (90 capsules)
• 50 Servings (150 capsules)

Lean Mode also used to offer a trial pack that provided 10 servings (30 capsules) but that appears to have been discontinued.

The cost per bottle may vary slightly from one supplier to the next but, if you buy Lean Mode directly from the manufacturer, you can expect to pay around $20 for the smaller bottle and around $24 for the larger size.

Lean Mode is very reasonably priced. There’s no denying it. However, you need to bear in mind you are required to take two servings per day.

That means the 30-serving bottle only contains a 15-day supply of capsules. The 50-serving bottle offers a lot better value for money but it only provides enough capsules to last for 25 days.

For the sake of a few extra dollars, it makes sense to choose the larger size but, before you do, you need to be aware Evlution Nutrition does not provide a money-back guarantee.

Lean Mode Review Conclusion – Does it Really Work

Lean Mode contains ingredients that have abilities that should enable it to do the things Evlution Nutrition says it can do.

However, although it provides an ingredient that may provide appetite suppression (garcinia cambogia), the inclusion rate is only half what it used to be. Supplements that provide stronger appetite suppressants, such as glucomannan and nopal, will surely offer a greater level of hunger control.

The formulation provides a decent dose of green tea. That alone should allow it to function well as a fat burner and the presence of CLA and Acetyl L-Carnitine will further assist fat burning while also protecting existing muscle mass.

Yet many people say the product did not work for them. There could be a couple of reasons why this may be the case.

First of all, they may have eaten too much. Bearing in mind the product’s poor potency as a hunger suppressant, this could be quite easy to do.

The second reason may be the dosing schedule. Lean Mode is a supplement you take at breakfast and dinner. The lack of a dose at dinner time will probably allow the metabolism to slow to standard speed for much of the afternoon.

Lean Mode should do what it says on the tin, but there are still alternative options that can do a lot more.

Garcinia Cambogia

Garcinia cambogia is one of those ingredients you hear a lot about these days.

It contains a compound called hydroxycitric acid. This affects the chemical receptors in the brain that are responsible for the feeling of hunger.

The ingredient is used in many weight loss supplements, due to its effectiveness. Clinical trials have supported its value for weight loss, so it’s good to see this ingredient used in Leanmode.

Green Tea Leaf Extract
