При отсутствии других назначений рекомендуется придерживаться следующих дозировок.
Взрослые: по 1 амп., содержащей 300 мг ацетилцистеина, в/в или в/м 1–2 раза в день.
Дети в возрасте от 6 до 14 лет: по 1/2 амп. (150 мг ацетилцистеина) в/в или в/м 1–2 раза в день .
Дети в возрасте до 6 лет: как правило, предпочтительно проведение пероральной терапии.
Дети в возрасте до года: в/в введение ацетилцистеина возможно только по жизненным показаниям в условиях стационара.
В том случае, если все-таки имеются показания для проведения парентеральной терапии, дневная доза для детей в возрасте до 6 лет должна составлять 10 мг/кг.
Вид и длительность применения
В/м терапия: рекомендуется вводить препарат пациентам в положении лежа и глубоко в мышцу.
В/в терапия: Для внутривенного введения препарат применяют в отделении интенсивной терапии и только в том случае, когда невозможно применение лекарственных форм ацетилцистеина для приема внутрь. Первую дозу необходимо разводить 0,9% раствором хлорида натрия или 5% раствором глюкозы в соотношении 1:1. По возможности, последующие дозы вводят в форме инфузий. В/в инъекции следует вводить медленно (в течение 5 мин). Длительность терапии определяется индивидуально и обычно составляет не более 10 дней.
При хронических бронхитах и муковисцидозах возможно применение ацетилцистеина в течение длительного времени с использованием пероральных форм для профилактики инфекций.
Указание: муколитический эффект ацетилцистеина усиливается при увеличении потребления жидкости.
Внутрь. Взрослым — по 200 мг 2–3 раза в сутки в виде гранулята. Детям 2–6 лет — по 200 мг 2 раза в сутки или 100 мг 3 раза в сутки в виде водорастворимого гранулята; младше 2 лет — 100 мг 2 раза в день; 6–14 лет — 200 мг 2 раза в сутки. При хронических заболеваниях в течение нескольких недель: взрослым — 400–600 мг/сут в 1–2 приема; детям 2–14 лет — 100 мг 3 раза в день; при муковисцидозе: детям от 10 дней до 2 лет — 50 мг 3 раза в сутки, 2–6 лет — 100 мг 4 раза в сутки, старше 6 лет — 200 мг 3 раза в сутки в виде водорастворимого гранулята.
Длительность терапии определяется индивидуально (не более 10 дней). У больных старше 65 лет используют минимально эффективные дозы.
Внутрь, после еды, предварительно растворив порошок в стакане с водой.
Обычно рекомендуются следующие дозировки: взрослым и подросткам старше 14 лет — 400–600 мг/сут, в 2–3 приема; новорожденным (только по жизненным показаниям) — в дозе 10 мг/кг под строгим контролем врача. Детям первого года жизни — дают пить полученный раствор из ложечки или бутылочки для кормления; детям от 1 года до 2 лет (только под строгим врачебным наблюдением) — 100–200 мг/сут в 2–3 приема; 2–6 лет — 200 мг/сут в 2–3 приема; старше 6 лет — 400 мг/сут в 2–3 приема.
Лечение муковисцидоза: младенцам с 10 дня и детям до 2 лет — 100–150 мг/сут в 2–3 приема (под строгим врачебным контролем); детям 2–6 лет — 400 мг/сут в 4 приема; старше 6 лет — 600 мг/сут в 3 приема.
Продолжительность непрерывного применения зависит от особенностей течения заболевания. При терапии хронических бронхитов и муковисцидоза лечение может быть длительным (до нескольких месяцев).
Внутрь, после еды, не разжевывая, запивая достаточным количеством жидкости или растворив в стакане воды. Продолжительность лечения устанавливается индивидуально.
Таблетки 100 мг: взрослым и детям с 14 лет — по 2 табл. 2–3 раза в сутки; детям 6–14 лет — по 1 табл. 3–4 раза в сутки, 2–5 лет — по 1 табл. 2–3 раза в сутки. При муковисцидозе: детям от 2 до 6 лет — по 1 табл. 4 раза в сутки.
Таблетки 200 мг: взрослым и детям с 14 лет — по 2 табл. 2–3 раза в сутки; детям 6–14 лет — по 1 табл. 2 раза в сутки. При муковисцидозе: детям старше 6 лет — по 1 табл. 3 раза в сутки.
Таблетки 600 мг: взрослым и детям с 14 лет — по 1/2 табл. 2 раза в сутки или 1 табл. 1 раз в сутки.
Внутрь, после еды, таблетки шипучие таблетки следует растворять в одном стакане воды и принимать после еды. Таблетки следует принимать сразу после растворения, в исключительных случаях можно оставить готовый к применению раствор на 2 ч. Дополнительный прием жидкости усиливает муколитический эффект препарата.
При кратковременных простудных заболеваниях длительность приема составляет 5–7 дней.
При хроническом бронхите и муковисцидозе препарат следует принимать более длительное время для достижения профилактического эффекта.
При отсутствии других назначений для муколитической терапии рекомендуется придерживаться следующих дозировок: взрослые и дети старше 14 лет — по 1 табл. шипучей 1 раз в день (600 мг).
Ингаляционно, по 2–5 мл 20% раствора в течение 15–20 мин.
Ингаляции, инстилляции и внутрь (для инъекций не применяется). Бронхолегочные заболевания и состояния с гиперсекрецией: ингаляционно по 3–5 мл 20% или 6–10 мл 10% раствора (можно разбавить стерильной водой или раствором натрия хлорида для инъекций до 5%) 3–4 раза в день (при необходимости 1–10 мл 20% или 2–20 мл 10% раствора через каждые 2–6 ч); инстилляции — интратрахеально по 1–2 мл 20% раствора через 1–4 ч. Диагностические исследования: ингаляционно или эндобронхиальные инстилляции по 1–2 мл 20% (2–4 мл 10%) раствора 2–3 раза перед процедурой. Передозировка парацетамола: внутрь или дуоденально — после предварительного опорожнения желудка, сначала 140 мг/кг массы тела 1 раз, затем по 70 мг/кг 17 раз каждые 4 ч (под ежедневным лабораторным комплексным контролем состояния печени и крови); 20% раствор разбавить жидкостью, не содержащей углеводы до 5%.

Тошнота, рвота, ощущение переполнения желудка, носовые кровотечения, крапивница, шум в ушах, сонливость, лихорадка. Редко — диспепсия (в т.ч. изжога). При аэрозольной терапии: рефлекторный кашель, раздражение дыхательных путей, ринорея; редко — стоматит. При в/м введении — жжение в месте инъекции; при длительном лечении — нарушение функции печени и/или почек.
Нежелательные эффекты приведены в соответствии с классификацией ВОЗ по частоте их развития следующим образом: очень часто (≥1/10), часто (≥1/100, <1/10), нечасто (≥1/1000, <1/100), редко (≥1/10000, <1/1000) и очень редко (<1/10000); частота неизвестна (частоту возникновения явлений нельзя определить на основании имеющихся данных).
Аллергические реакции: нечасто — кожный зуд, сыпь, экзантема, крапивница, ангионевротический отек, снижение АД, тахикардия; очень редко — анафилактические реакции вплоть до анафилактического шока, синдром Стивенса-Джонсона, токсический эпидермальный некролиз (синдром Лайелла).
Со стороны дыхательной системы: редко — одышка, бронхоспазм (преимущественно у пациентов с гиперреактивностью бронхов при бронхиальной астме).
Со стороны органов чувств: нечасто — шум в ушах.
Со стороны ЖКТ: нечасто — стоматит, боль в области живота, тошнота, рвота, диарея, диспепсия.
Прочие: очень редко — головная боль, лихорадка, единичные сообщения о развитии кровотечений в связи с наличием реакции повышенной чувствительности, снижение агрегации тромбоцитов.
Тошнота.
Стоматит, тошнота, рвота, повышение температуры, выделения из носа, сдавленность в груди, бронхоспазм, кожные аллергические реакции.

Разжижает мокроту, увеличивает ее объем, облегчает отделение мокроты. Действие связано со способностью свободных сульфгидрильных групп ацетилцистеина разрывать внутри- и межмолекулярные дисульфидные связи кислых мукополисахаридов мокроты, что приводит к деполимеризации мукопротеинов и уменьшению вязкости мокроты (в ряде случаев это приводит к значительному увеличению объема мокроты, что требует аспирации содержимого бронхов). Сохраняет активность при гнойной мокроте. Не влияет на иммунитет. Увеличивает секрецию менее вязких сиаломуцинов бокаловидными клетками, снижает адгезию бактерий на эпителиальных клетках слизистой оболочки бронхов. Стимулирует мукозные клетки бронхов, секрет которых лизирует фибрин. Аналогичное действие оказывает на секрет, образующийся при воспалительных заболеваниях лор-органов. Оказывает антиоксидантное действие, обусловленное наличием SH-группы, способной нейтрализовать электрофильные окислительные факторы. Предохраняет альфа1-антитрипсин (ингибитор эластазы) от инактивирующего воздействия HOCl-окислителя, вырабатываемого миелопероксидазой активных фагоцитов. Обладает также некоторым противовоспалительным действием (за счет подавления образования свободных радикалов и активных кислородсодержащих веществ, ответственных за развитие воспаления в легочной ткани).
Ацетилцистеин является производным аминокислоты цистеина. Оказывает муколитическое действие, облегчает отхождение мокроты за счет прямого воздействия на реологические свойства мокроты. Действие обусловлено способностью разрывать дисульфидные связи мукополисахаридных цепей и вызывать деполимеризацию мукопротеидов мокроты, что приводит к уменьшению ее вязкости. Препарат сохраняет активность при наличии гнойной мокроты.
Оказывает антиоксидантное действие, основанное на способности его реактивных сульфгидрильных групп (SH-группы) связываться с окислительными радикалами и таким образом нейтрализовать их.
Кроме того, ацетилцистеин способствует синтезу глутатиона, важного компонента антиокислительной системы и химической детоксикации организма. Антиоксидантное действие ацетилцистеина повышает защиту клеток от повреждающего действия свободнорадикального окисления, свойственного интенсивной воспалительной реакции.
При профилактическом применении ацетилцистеина отмечается уменьшение частоты и тяжести обострений бактериальной этиологии у пациентов с хроническим бронхитом и муковисцидозом.

Флуимуцил хорошо абсорбируется при приеме внутрь. Он немедленно деацетилируется до цистеина в печени. В крови наблюдается динамическое равновесие свободного и связанного с белками плазмы ацетилцистеина и его метаболитов (цистеина, цистина, диацетилцистина). Из-за высокого эффекта «первого прохождения» через печень биодоступность ацетилцистеина составляет около 10%. Ацетилцистеин проникает в межклеточное пространство, преимущественно распределяется в печени, почках, легких, бронхиальном секрете.
После перорального приема 600 мг ацетилцистеина здоровыми добровольцами Cmax в плазме достигается приблизительно через 1 ч и составляет 15 ммоль/л, при в/в введении — 300 ммоль/л. T1/2 из плазмы — 2 ч. Ацетилцистеин и его метаболиты выводятся в основном почками.

Абсорбция высокая. Быстро метаболизируется в печени с образованием фармакологически активного метаболита — цистеина, а также диацетилцистеина, цистина и смешанных дисульфидов. Биодоступность при приеме внутрь составляет 10% (из-за наличия выраженного эффекта первого прохождения через печень). Tmax в плазме крови составляет 1–3 ч. Связь с белками плазмы крови — 50%. Выводится почками в виде неактивных метаболитов (неорганические сульфаты, диацетилцистеин). T1/2 составляет около 1 ч, нарушение функции печени приводит к удлинению T1/2 до 8 ч. Проникает через плацентарный барьер. Данные о способности ацетилцистеина проникать через ГЭБ и выделяться с грудным молоком отсутствуют.

Раствор для ингаляций
При одновременном применении ацетилцистеина и противокашлевых средств из-за подавления кашлевого рефлекса может возникнуть застой мокроты.
При одновременном применении с антибиотиками для перорального применения (в т.ч. пенициллины, тетрациклины, цефалоспорины) возможно их взаимодействие с тиоловой группой ацетилцистеина, что может привести к снижению их антибактериальной активности. Поэтому интервал между приемом антибиотиков и ацетилцистеина должен составлять не менее 2 ч (кроме цефиксима и лоракарбефа).
Одновременный прием с вазодилатирующими средствами и нитроглицерином может привести к усилению сосудорасширяющего действия последнего.
Фармацевтически несовместим с антибиотиками и протеолитическими ферментами, с металлами, резиной (образуются сульфиды с характерным запахом — необходимо пользоваться стеклянной посудой).

Mysoven
Mysoven has a mucolytic activity through its free sulfhydryl group. It acts directly on the mucoproteins to open the disulfide bonds and thus lowers the viscosity of the mucous and facilitates its removal by the muco-cillary action and expectoration. Mysoven improves the phagocytic capacity of the alveolar macrophages, thus protecting lungs from a variety of insults. Mysoven is a precursor to glutathione, the most important intra & extra-cellular antioxidant (the safest & most convenient)
Mysoven is indicated for mucolytic therapy and in the management of acetaminophen overdose. It has a short duration of action as it is given every 1-8 hours depending on route of administration, and has a wide therapeutic window. Patients should be counselled regarding diluting oral solutions in cola for taste masking, the risk of hypersensitivity, and the risk of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
Uses
Mysoven is used for an adjunctive treatment for patients with abnormal, viscid or inspissated mucus secretions associated with conditions such as-
Acute and chronic bronchopulmonary disorders (e.g. pneumonia, bronchitis, emphysema, tracheobronchitis, chronic asthmatic bronchitis, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, primary amyloidosis of the lung) Atelectasis caused by mucus obstruction Pulmonary complications of cystic fibrosis Pulmonary complications of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery Post-traumatic chest conditions.
It is effective in all respiratory airways disease causing formation of a dense secretion that cannot be or can only partially be expectorated such as acute and chronic bronchitis, laryngitis, sinusitis, tracheitis, infuenza & bronchial asthma. Mysoven is also used for the treatment of Paracetamol overdose. Treatment option is optimal if given within 8 hours of Paracetamol ingestion.

How Mysoven works
A number of possible mechanisms for the mucolytic activity of acetylcysteine have been proposed. Mysoven’s sulfhydryl groups may hydrolize disulfide bonds within mucin, breaking down the oligomers, and making the mucin less viscous. Mysoven has also been shown to reduce mucin secretion in rat models. It is an antioxidant in its own right but is also deacetylated to cysteine, which participates in the synthesis of the antioxidant glutathione. The antioxidant activity may also alter intracellular redox reactions, decreasing phosphorylation of EGFR and MAPK, which decrease transcription of the gene MUC5AC which produces mucin.
In the case of acetaminophen overdoses, a portion of the drug is metabolized by CYP2E1 to form the potentially toxic metabolite N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine (NAPQI). The amount of NAPQI produced in an overdose saturates and depletes glutathione stores. The free NAPQI promiscuously binds to proteins in hepatocytes, leading to cellular necrosis. Mysoven can directly conjugate NAPQI or provide cysteine for glutathione production and NAPQI conjugation.

Dosage
Mysoven dosage
Mysoven Tablet:
The dispersible tablet should be dissolved in 1/2 glass of water before use (preferably in the evening). The duration of treatment should be 5 to 10 days in the acute phase. It may be continued in the chronic state for up to 6 months or according to the advice of the physician.
As a mucolytic:
- Adults: 600 mg daily as a single dose.
- In Paracetamol overdose: Initially 140 mg/kg, followed by 70 mg/kg every 4 hours for an additional 17 doses. As an antidote, Mysoven is reported to be very effective when administered within 8 hours of Paracetamol overdose, with the protective effect diminishing after this time. Initiation of treatment after a lapse of 15 hours has previously been thought to be ineffective, but recent studies suggest that beneficial results may still be obtained.
Mysoven Respirator Solution:
The 20% solution may be diluted to a lesser concentration with either Sodium Chloride for injection, Sodium Chloride for inhalation, sterile water for injection, or sterile water for inhalation.
As a mucolytic:
Adult:
- 5-10 ml of 10% or 20% solution by nebulizer every 6-8 hr PRN.
Children:
- 1-11 months: 1-2 ml of 20% or 2-4 ml of 10% solution by nebulizer every 6-8 hr PRN.
- 12 months-11 years: 3-5 ml of 20% or 6-10 ml of 10% solution by nebulizer every 6-8 hr PRN.
- Below 12 years: 5-10 ml of 10/20% solution by nebulizer every 6-8 hr PRN.
Diagnostic Bronchograms: 1-2 ml of 20% or 2-4 ml of 10% solution 2-3 times by nebulization or by instillation intratracheally prior to procedure.
Nebulization tent or croupette: This form of administration requires very large volumes of the solution, occasionally as much as 300 ml during a single treatment period. If a tent or croupette must be used, the recommended dose is the volume of acetylcysteine (using 20%) that will maintain a very heavy mist in the tent or croupette for the desired period. Administration for intermittent or continuous prolonged periods, including overnight, may be desirable.
Direct Instillation: When used by direct instillation, 1-2 ml of a 20% solution may be given as often as every hour. When used for the routine nursing care of patients with tracheostomy, 1-2 ml of a 20% solution may be given every 1-4 hours by instillation into the tracheostomy.
Side Effects
Generally, Mysoven is well tolerated. However, mild effects such as nausea, headache, tinnitus, urticaria, stomatitis, rhinorrhoea, chills, fever, bronchospasm may be observed. Occasional cases of nausea and dyspepsia, rare cases of urticaria may be observed.
Toxicity
Patients experiencing an overdose may present with vomiting, nausea, bronchospasm, periorbital angioedema, and hypotension. Treat patients with symptomatic and supportive measures. Hemodialysis may remove some acetylcysteine from circulation as it is somewhat protein bound.
Precaution
Mysoven should be given in caution in asthma patients.
Interaction
After taking Mysoven orally it increases the bioavailability of Amoxicillin, but shows no effect on Doxycycline and reduces the absorption of Cefalexin. Mysoven seems to increase the effects of Nitroglycerin.

Elimination Route
An 11 g dose in the form of an effervescent tablet for solution reaches a mean Cmax of 26.5 µg/mL, with a Tmax of 2 hours, and an AUC of 186 µg*h/mL.
Half Life
The mean terminal half life of acetylcysteine in adults is 5.6 hours and in pre-term neonates is 11 hours.
Clearance
Mysoven has a mean clearance of 0.11 L/hr/kg.
Elimination Route
An oral dose of radiolabelled acetylcysteine is 13-38% recovered in the urine in the first 24 hours, while 3% is recovered in the feces.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding use
Pregnancy Category B. Caution should be taken in case of pregnancy & lactation while using Mysoven.
Contraindication
Known hypersensitivity to active ingredient. Also contraindicated in patients suffering from phenylketonuria and peptic ulcer.

Mysoven (Acetylcysteine) also known as N-acetylcysteine (NAC), is a medication that is used to treat paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose, and to loosen thick mucus in individuals with chronic bronchopulmonary disorders like pneumonia and bronchitis. Is Mysoven safe in pregnancy?
Animal studies did not show teratogenicity; slightly decreased fertility was seen at doses above the maximum human dose. Limited case reports did not report any adverse fetal or neonatal outcomes. This drug crosses the placenta and was measurable in the serum of the infant. Pregnant women should be managed the same way as nonpregnant patients for acetaminophen overdose, and that acetylcysteine therapy was protective to both mother and fetus. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Use is not recommended unless clearly needed.
Is Mysoven safe during Breastfeeding?
Animal studies did not show adverse effects during lactation. It is unknown in this drug or its metabolites are excreted in milk. Based on the pharmacokinetics, it should be nearly cleared 30 hours after administration. Use is not recommended.

Adults and adolescents over the age of 12 years

Patients with bronchial asthma should be closely monitored during therapy; if’ bronchospasm occurs, treatment with Mysoven 200 mg Powder for Oral Solution should be discontinued immediately.
Administration of Mysoven, especially at the beginning of treatment, may liquefy bronchial secretions and, at the same time, increase their volume. If the patient is unable to expectorate efficiently, to avoid retention of secretions postural drainage and tracheal suction should be used.
There are no studies on the efficacy and safety of Mysoven 200 mg three times daily in adolescent population. However, mild to severe adverse reactions have been reported with the use of IV Mysoven in adults and adolescents.
This medicine contains sorbitol. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine.
This medicine contains aspartame, which is a source phenylalanine. This may be harmful to people with phenylketonuria.
This medicine contains a colouring agent called sunset yellow (Ell0), which may cause allergic reactions.
Mysoven can cause interference with the colorimetric assay method for the determination of salicylates.

The occurrence of serious skin reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis have been reported in temporal association with the use of Mysoven. In most of these cases reported at least one other drug was administered at the same time, which may have possibly enhanced the described mucocutaneous effects.

N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), the active ingredient in Mysoven 200 mg Powder for Oral Solution exerts an intense mucolytic-fluidizing action on mucous and mucopurulent secretions by depolymerizing the mucoproteic complexes and the nucleic acids which confer viscosity to the vitreous and purulent component of the sputum and other secretions.
Furthermore, Mysoven exerts a direct antioxidant action, having a free thiol (- SH) nucleophilic group that is able to interact directly with electrophilic groups of oxidant radicals. Of particular interest is the recent finding that Mysoven protects α1-antitrypsin enzyme inhibiting elastase from inactivation by hypochlorous acid (HOCl), a powerful oxidant agent produced by the myeloperoxidase enzyme of activated phagocytes. Due to its molecular structure, Mysoven can readily cross cell membranes. Inside the cell, NAC is deacetylated to L-cysteine, an amino acid essential for glutathione synthesis (GSH).
GSH is a highly reactive tripeptide found ubiquitously in the various tissues of animals and is essential for the maintenance of functional capacity as well as cellular morphological integrity. It is the most important protective intracellular mechanism against oxidant radicals, both exogenous and endogenous, as well as toward numerous cytotoxic substances.
These features make Mysoven 200 mg Powder for Oral Solution particularly suitable for the treatment of acute and chronic affections of the respiratory system, characterised by thick, viscous mucous and mucopurulent secretions.

Absorption
Following oral administration, Mysoven is rapidly and almost completely absorbed and metabolised in the liver to cysteine (the pharmacologically active metabolite), diMysoven, cysteine and further mixed disulphides.
Distribution
Due to the high first-pass effect, the bioavailability of orally administered Mysoven is very low (approximately 10%). In humans, maximum plasma concentrations are achieved after 1-3 hours with the maximum plasma concentration of the metabolite cysteine in the range of approximately 2µmol/l. The protein binding of Mysoven was determined to be about 50%.
Biotransformation
Mysoven and its metabolites occur in three different forms in the organism: partially in free form, partially bound to proteins via labile disulphide bonds and partially as incorporated amino acid. Mysoven is excreted almost exclusively in the form of inactive metabolites (inorganic sulphates, diMysoven) via the kidneys. The plasma half-life of Mysoven is approximately 1 hour and is mainly determined by the rapid hepatic biotransformation. Impaired hepatic function therefore leads to prolonged plasma half-lives of up to 8 hours.
Elimination
Pharmacokinetic studies with intravenous administration of Mysoven revealed a distribution volume of 0.47 1/kg (in total) or 0.59 I/kg (reduced Mysoven); the plasma clearance was determined to be 0.11 l/h/kg (in total) and 0.84 l/h/kg (reduced Mysoven), respectively. The elimination half-life after intravenous administration is 30-40 minutes while excretion follows three-phase kinetics (alpha, beta and terminal gamma phase).
Mysoven crosses the placenta and is detected in cord blood. No information is available regarding excretion in breast milk.

Acute toxicity studies in rats and mice, by oral, intraperitoneal and intravenous administration showed Mysoven to be of low toxicity. LD50 values greater than 7 g / kg in mice and 6 g / kg in rats have been reported. Chronic toxicity studies with Mysoven in rats at doses up to 2000 mg/ kg/ day and dogs at doses up to 300 mg/ kg / day for periods up to 52 weeks demonstrate that Mysoven is well tolerated, even at higher doses. In reproductive toxicity studies in rats and rabbits, the oral administration of doses up to 2000 mg / kg / day did not show changes in reproductive capacity, teratogenic effects or peri/postnatal toxicity.

Растворимый порошок со вкусом апельсина для выведения мокроты.
Применяется для лечения заболеваний органов дыхания, сопровождающихся образованием вязкой трудноотделяемой мокроты:
• острый и хронический бронхит;
• обструктивный бронхит;
• трахеит;
• ларинготрахеит;
• пневмония;
• абсцесс легкого;
• бронхиолит;
• бронхоэктатическая болезнь;
• бронхиальная астма;
• муковисцидоз
• хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких (ХОБЛ);
• острый и хронический синусит;
• воспаление среднего уха (средний отит).
Взрослым принимать по 1-2 пакетика 3 раза в день 5-10 дней
Детям С 2-Х ЛЕТ по 1/2 пакетика 2-3 раза в день.
1 пакетик растворить в 100 мл воды.
Противопоказания:
— Детский возраст до 2 лет
— Беременность и период грудного вскармливания.
