Цетилпиридиния хлорид – антисептик из группы четвертичных аммониевых соединений, обладает бактерицидной активностью в отношении грамположительных и в меньшей степени грамотрицательных бактерий. Изменяет проницаемость цитоплазматической мембраны бактерий, нарушает внутренние окислительные механизмы дыхания бактерий, что приводит к их гибели. Цетилпиридиния хлорид обладает противогрибковой и противовирусной активностью в отношении вирусов с оболочкой.
Лидокаина гидрохлорид – местный анестетик из группы амидов, при воспалительных процессах снимает боль в горле при глотании. Лидокаин нарушает проницаемость мембраны клеток для ионов натрия, что приводит к анестезии в результате блокады проведения нервных импульсов.
Показания:
Инфекционно-воспалительные заболевания полости рта и глотки:
- фарингит;
- ларингит;
- катаральная ангина;
- стоматит;
- язвенный гингивит;
- тонзиллит (в качестве вспомогательного средства).
Способ применения и дозы:
Применяют местно, для обработки полости рта каждые 3-4 ч, по мере необходимости.
Противопоказания:
I триместр беременности; период грудного вскармливания; детский возраст до 6 лет (для лекарственных форм, предназначенных для детей старше 6 лет и взрослых), повышенная чувствительность к компонентам лекарственного средства.
С осторожностью:
Открытые раны слизистой оболочки полости рта.
Меры предосторожности:
- Не следует принимать непосредственно перед приемом пищи и одновременно с молоком. Одновременный прием с молоком и пищей может снизить местные антисептический и анестезирующий эффекты.
- Алкоголь повышает абсорбцию цетилпиридиния хлорида, поэтому в период лечения не следует употреблять алкоголь.
