  Срок доставки посылки может меняться, как в меньшую сторону, так и в большую сторону. Это зависит от логистики и загруженности почты обеих стран.

 Обработка заказов в порядке очередности. 

Расчет по стоимости доставки в Ваш регион и реквизиты для оплаты  менеджер компании предоставляет индивидуально на каждый заказ с эл.почты melissa.thai2013@gmail.com  или с телефонов  +7 950 055 88 50 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram), +66 950 089 724 (WhatsApp, Viber).

О произведенной оплате необходимо сообщить менеджеру, предоставившему расчет и по возможности подтвердить чеком (фото, скрин или скан). 

Я не получил еще посылку, а в личном кабинете обновлен статус «выполнено», что это означает?

 После оплаты заказа и его отправки (передаче Почте Таиланда), статус в личном кабинете меняется с «оплачено» на «выполнено». После чего Вам в короткий срок будет предоставлен трек-номер для самостоятельного отслеживания посылки.

Отправляете ли посылки наложенным платежом?

  При международных отправлениях посылок данный способ оплаты технически невозможен. Способ оплаты «наложенный платеж», доступен только при отправках посылок внутри страны. При отправлении из Таиланда оплачивается полная стоимость доставки до почтового отделения адресата, при получении посылки ничего уже оплачивать не надо.

Я оформила заказ, как оплатить его, какие дальнейшие действия?

  После того, как Вы оформили заказ, менеджер Компании в порядке очередности обработки заказов произведет полный расчет с учетом доставки и общей стоимости товара. Через определенное время на указанную Вами в заказе электронную почту или на Ваш мессенджер (WhatsApp, Viber) поступит полная, подробная информация с расчетом и с удобными способами оплаты. Ваш заказ не останется без внимания!

  Важно! Просим обращать внимание и учитывать при этом разницу во времени между странами (часовой пояс Таиланд) и график работы Компании, который прописан на сайте.

Почему моя посылка не отслеживается по предоставленному трек номеру на сайте Почта России?

 После отправления заказа из Таиланда Вам будет выслан трек-номер (индивидуальный номер посылки) для самостоятельного отслеживания  местоположения посылки. 

 Отследить свою посылку отправленную Почтой Таиланда можно на МЕЖДУНАРОДНОМ САЙТЕ ОТСЛЕЖИВАНИЯ ПОСЫЛОК. На сайте Почта России (страны получателя) к отслеживанию посылка будет доступна только после прохождения таможни России (страны получателя). Обычно это происходит не ранее чем через 10-25 дней после отправки посылки (в зависимости от выбранного тарифа доставки «АВИА» / «НАЗЕМНАЯ». До этого срока посылки отслеживаются только на международном сайте отслеживания страны отправителя. На сайте страны получателя до этого времени обозначается статус: «В пути», «Ожидает отправки из Таиланда» и далее временно в этот момент отслеживание может отсутствовать до момента, пока посылка не пройдет таможню страны получателя.

  Обращаем Ваше ВНИМАНИЕ, статус отправления: «Ожидает отправки из Таиланда» не означает то, что посылка до сих пор находится в Таиланде! Данная информация означает то, что посылка находится в статусе экспорт, прошла таможню Таиланда, покинула страну и находится в пути, либо поступила уже в страну получателя и ожидает прохождения таможни и регистрации в общей базе страны получателя. В информации «Об отправлении» на сайте Почта Россия ежедневно отображается количество дней посылки в пути.

Откуда отправления заказов?

Все отправления заказов напрямую из Таиланда без посредников.

В какие сроки отправляете заказ после оплаты?

 Мы стараемся максимально быстро формировать и отправлять посылки после оплаты. В зависимости от объема заказа и наличие позиций в течении 1-3 х рабочих дней. Если заказ небольшой (розничный), как правило отправка осуществляется на следующий рабочий день после оплаты. 

 Важно! Просим обращать внимание и учитывать при этом на разницу во времени между странами (часовой пояс Таиланд) и график работы Компании. Следовательно если оплата поступила вечером, отсчет сроков ведется со следующего рабочего дня.

Я живу в Германии, отправляете ли вы посылки в другие страны?

После отправления посылки мне нужно ожидать поступления почтового извещения по моему указанному адресу?

 В этом нет необходимости. Согласно выбранному Вами способу доставки (только для авиаотправления с отслеживанием) Вам предоставляется трек-номер для самостоятельного, точного отслеживания передвижения посылки и ссылки для ее отслеживания. Только в очень редких случаях почтальоны приносят почтовое извещение по адресу либо с запозданием! Пожалуйста отслеживайте самостоятельно на предоставляемых Вам сайтах! Если возникают сложности по отслеживанию, обращайтесь к менеджеру Компании, мы всегда обязательно Вам поможем!
