Прозрачный или опалесцирующий гель от серовато-коричневого до коричневого цвета, с запахом характерным для растительных экстрактов менюла, без постороннего запаха
Противовоспалительное, прогивоотёчное, венотонизирующее средство.
Главное действующее вещество экстракта семян конского каштана — эсцин обладает выраженным венотропным действием. Он тонизирует венозную стенку, снижает лимфоток и одновременно увеличивает содержание сухого остатка лимфы. Эсцин укрепляет капилляры, устраняет венозный застой. Экстракт цветков календулы усиливает противовоспалительные свойства препарата и оказывает регенерирующее действие. Экстракт листьев гамамелиса способствует укреплению венозной стенки. Экстракт листьев гинкго двухлопастного улучшает кровообращение, препятствует образованию тромбов. Экстракт корневища иглицы шиповатой снижает проницаемость капилляров, обладает противовоспалительным действием. Экстракт травы донника повышает резистентность капилляров, снижает их проницаемость.
Используется местно в комплексной терапии следующих заболеваний:
• варикозное расширение вен
• венозная и лимфатическая недостаточность
• флебиты
• отеки и гематомы, в том числе после травм
• боли и чувство тяжести в ногах
• парестезии, ночные судороги икроножных мышц
• сосудистые «звездочки» на коже
Повышенная чувствительность к компонентам препарата. Нельзя наносить гель на поврежденную кожу.
Наносить на поражённые участки 2-3 раза вдень, легко втирая до полного всасывания. Движения должны быть направлены снизу вверх.
Препарат прошел дерматологические испытания.
В редких случаях возможны аллергические реакции.
Нельзя делать втирающие движения в области образования тромба, что может проявляться следующими признаками: изменение цвета кожи, отек, чувство напряжения и жара в определенном месте. В этом случае следует безотлагательно обратиться к врачу.
Применение у лиц с нарушением функции печени и почек, в педиатрической и гериатрической практике, у беременных женшин и в период кормления грудью — без ограничений.
Влияние на способность управления автомобилем и движущимися механизмами. Не оказывает влияния.
В темном, защищенном от влаги и недоступном для детей месте при температуре не выше +25 °С.
